Denise is a Soul Coach and Mentor, who specializes in helping people to release outdated patterns and behaviors and awaken their intuitive wisdom into everyday life. She is open and warm, with a loving sense of humor that creates a safe space for any topic to be discussed.

Her wish for all, is to alleviate inner suffering by uncovering, understanding then redesigning the motivations that determine behavior. To help all realize that lasting outward change begins within.

Living Meditation is Denise’s passion project. The aim of Living Meditation is to give people the knowledge and tools to heal and manage their emotions on a daily basis as well as the ability to create an authentic desired life. Denise also has a larger vision to inspire others to implement and facilitate Living Meditation gatherings that will create balanced authentic leaders, psychological safety, self-awareness and self-realization.

Throughout her formative years, Denise never experienced education to deal with emotions in a healthy, balanced way. So, she stored them inside of her and moved on – until they manifested into anxiety and depression. At the age of thirty after a divorce she was motivated to change her career and look for answers. This began twenty-five years of research and study into meditation, metaphysics, psychology and healing. She continually fine tune her studies and perception for the advancement and expansion of all sentient beings.

Denise was born in the south of England, near Stonehenge. Her family immigrated when she was three to Melbourne Australia, and she now lives in Sydney. When she is not writing, coaching or teaching, she loves to play in the kitchen, trying out new raw and vegan recipes and attend CrossFit classes.

She is the author of the bestselling “The Secret Language of Light Oracle”, “The Art of Love Tarot”, as well as “The Flower of Life – Wisdom of Astar cards” and three meditation CD’s – Flower of Life, 11.11 and Dissolving Stress. Denise loves to empower and share information through her publications, consultations, gatherings and courses.
